This project is a highly customized Drupal implementation for a world class architect firm brought to us by our friend, Hinge, who provided stellar design concepts. What a challenge!

One of the more intriguing code challenges included coding transparent areas that allowed massive page background photos to show through overlaid text. In most cases each page had it's own background photo, made easy to update with the click of a button through Drupal.

Another challenge was the project carousel. This transparent carousel, controlled entirely through the Drupal interface, was a monumental achievement! The thumbnails are created automatically by Drupal from the page background of each item. While the carousel is a jcarousel implementation, meaning a lot of the hard work was already done, it required some PHP/javascript and CSS love to get it to alway stay on the selected project even when surfing through child pages of the parent project.

Now that is Way Cool!
